I switched my internet from frontier to Verizon home internet. I can only connect play 3 to the new service. Move and Roam cannot connect. It’s frustrating. I was on the Sonos tech support for over 1 hour and they suggested I ask Verizon to create a second WiFi but Verizon had no clue about that fix. I may go back to my old provider rather than buy other speakers.

Buy a good quality home router, set the Verizon to Bridge mode (no WiFi or routeing, just a pass-through) connect everything to the home router. (best)
Buy a Travel Router, connect it to your Verizon, connect your Sonos and Controller to the travel router. (cheapest)
