I've found that there isn't a lot.if battery info in the app. My speaker was at 6% and I had to go hunting for it. There's plenty of space to put the battery % here or even just display it when the speaker is below, say, 10%.

The battery UI could definitely be improved. The Sonos app should have mirrored the previous S2 app for visible battery levels on portables. The battery % hidden behind layers in the Settings menu is just ridiculous and although it is available by swiping up the rooms view, that’s not as convenient as having it immediately available on the main Settings view.

They also show the battery temperature on the device page.
