trying to reconnect system to new wifi

I recently moved and I’m unable to connect my system to the new wifi. Keeps getting error message saying unable to connect. The wifi is work gin I’m connected on  iPhone

Have you followed the directions in the new router - installation instructions FAQ.?

Generally, the process is easiest if you wire one device directly to your router with an Ethernet cable, at least temporarily.

Hi I tried it wireless instructions. And I get an error right away saying unable to connect. I haven’t tried plugging in directly yet. Well that recognize the network then and enable me to connect wirelessly?

It should. Once you’ve done that, you can then most likely remove that cable, and return to wireless connection. Which is why I said it was easiest
