Hi - my setup has an Arc, Subwoofer and 2 era300s as surrounds. I’m trying to do a trueplay tuning but keep getting an error saying there is interference, reduce noise and try again. I can confirm there is very minimal external noise - I’m the only one in the room, fan and AC are off, nothing else playing. Have tried it multiple times but keep getting the same error. I’m running an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 17.3, Sonos app v15.11. I have also shutdown all other apps and don’t have any speakers/headset connected via Bluetooth. Microphone is active on the Arc and era300s.

Any help would be appreciated!

Try a reboot of both the phone, and the router. If the phone is in a case, remove it before trying again. 


Did that but still didn’t work. Eventually was able to do with the wife’s iPhone (iPhone 14 pro I think). 🤷‍♂️


Odd. I wonder what is different about your wife’s phone versus yours.
