Hey peeps,
I’m very puzzled as I can’t find TruePlay anywhere in my Sonos app. Is this feature simply gone?
App version 12.2.2

Looking forward hearing from you.

The Trueplay on/off toggle only appears in the Android controller if there is a valid tuning available (which as noted has to have been done on an iDevice).

If there have been bonding changes to a room -- such as pairing/unpairing, adding/removing a Sub, or adding/removing surrounds -- then the previous tuning is erased. This will also occur if, after renaming a room, the user says they’ve moved the speaker(s).

Trueplay is not, and has never been, available for Android devices.

Get a friend or family member with compatible, iphone, ipad or ipod to come round and perform the tuning.  Once done it does not need retuning unless you move the speakers or room furniture.
