troubleshooting Five's power

Hi,

I have a problem with my Sonos 5. It seems there is no power altough I took a different outloet. I checked my wifi and there is no oroblem. It just doesn't want to start. What should I do ?

Unplug and replug the cord from the back of the speaker.

Do you see any light from the LED?

If not call Sonos support and see what options you have. Do that before opening the speaker or your options may become more limited.
