Hi everyone,
I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue with my Sonos system and wanted to see if anyone else has encountered the same problem. Whenever the alarm goes off in the morning, I’m unable to turn it off using the app or the physical buttons on the speaker. The only way I can stop the alarm is by switching the speaker off and on at the main socket.
This is my first post here, so I’m hoping the community can help me out. Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, have you found a solution or workaround? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
