I received a shipping label from the trade in program. I packaged and sent my Play 5 and it was received by Sonos 1 week ago. when should I expect to receive notification of a credit amount available to shop with?

It is not a trade in program. The upgrade program does not require you to return the device to Sonos in order to receive the upgrade credit.

When you log into your Sonos account online, you can activate the applicable upgrade credit against the respective device here https://www.sonos.com/en-gb/myaccount/user/offers/upgrade

Edit: Activated upgrade credit(s) will then show when you add a new product and view your basket.
