I have the Sonos app downloaded on my iPad as well on my google pixel 7 pro softphone.

 

on the One on ipad it recognize One part of my whole system namely soundbar and 2 speakers play:1.

and on my softphone its recognizing only my Sonos One but not my soundbar and the play:1

and for both devices it claims not to be able to find the missing parts????? 

they are of course connected to the same network.

Did you setup one Sonos and then use the Controller to add the other Sonos to that one? If not you may have created two households.

Try factory resetting the lone One and then making sure you are connected to the others, then do the add process.
