synfonisk won’t go wifi

I have an Ikea Synfonisk and recently changed my internet supplier and now I can’t configure it to play on wifi as before. 
Under “manage networks” there’s nothing there and the WM: Disconnected 

It will only play if a WLAN cable is connected. Why?

please help.
