Not unless your mobile device has a ‘hot spot’ feature to create a WiFi signal…and then you’d need a second device to run the controller on.
You may want to check to see if your particular SYMFONISK device has Bluetooth. If so, once you’ve set it up on WiFi, you could then remove it from the WiFi environment, and use it as a Bluetooth speaker.
