Sub Mini Only connectivity issues

Does someone else sonos Sub Mini not connect properly to the internet wifi? And only works by ethernet??? Ive had the Sub for a week and i cannot connect it to the wifi. It inly works when connected physically… yes the wifi option is on, pls help.

What error do you get when connecting to wifi? What speaker are you bonding it to - and is its wifi also enabled?

I did initially…there’s NO WAY I’m messing with my router (as advised by the sonos app whenever there’s an issue connecting a product)…so when I disconnected the sub from the mains, and when prompted physically by the app, I tapped my phone on the top of the sub-mini, and it connected fine. Seemed temperamental to me…and I put that down to a sub-min NFC issue…certainly not my router which must have 50 devices attached all working flawlessly!!!!
