Sub mini not connecting.

If so:

What are you trying to connect with? What steps have you taken? At what point does it fail? Do you get an error message? If so, what is it? Have you spoken with Sonos support?

Ensure the mobile controller device meets the requirements mentioned here for the new Sonos App:

Check that your local network setup meets these system requirements:

Perhaps if all is well with the requirements outlined above, then try a factory reset of the Sub, as mentioned here…

If ‘bonding’ the Sub to another Sonos product, ensure that ‘primary’ products WiFi adapters have not been disabled.
