I bought a refurbished Sub Gen 3 and it connected to the system fine, but it is requiring an update and I get these looping errors of 1101, 1000, and 1002, depending on the loop.

Here is what I have done so far:

Power cycled the router (Orbi 750)
Power cycled the sub
Power cycled the phone
Reinstalled the phone app after clearing all data
Factory reset the Sub
Ethernet connected the sub to the router
Installed the app on a different android device

What else can I do?
