Hi, I have a sub gen 3, but want to connect to two different speakers in two different rooms. 
one room is my arc and other room is move.

can I connect separately at separate times or all at the same time?

The Sub can only be connected to one room at a time.

Furthermore, you cannot bond the Sub with a Move.

Further to what @Mr. T mentions, you might perhaps just find it easier to simply ‘group’ the two Sonos ‘Rooms’ and play the audio to all. See this link for grouping/ungrouping rooms:
