speakers disappearing after unplugging ethernet cable.

Hi!

i’m having this very frustrating problem after changing my isp and my home network. For 2 of my products this far, i set them up with the ethernet cable and make sure the « enable wifi » is on, but they still disappear like i have nothing when i unplug the ethernet cable.

Any help with that would be much appreciated! I have three other products that will need setting up after those and I would like to stay in a good mood! 😅

Thanks!

When you go to Settings - Manage - Network - Manage Networks - Update Networks (button) does your network show?

The names of the good and problem Sonos might give us a bit of direction to go in to get your issues fixed.

It’s a playbar and a sonos play 3. I have another play 3, two play 1 and connect that i’ll have to reconnect also.

Does your new WiFi have the modes the Playbar needs enabled? WPA2?

Absolutely. I just spent 3 hours with the chat assistant and it is going in circle. A nightmare.

I’m not fond of ‘bots’ at this point. I’d probably call in instead.
