I’ve had two Sonos sl 1 speakers for about two years and I’ve hardly ever had them both working.

I have one in the kitchen and the other one in the living room. I constantly have to sort out one by doing a reset I’ve also rang up someone at Sonos who got both working for a while.
Now if I get say the kitchen going the living room one stops working it seems I can only have one at a time working could someone help please. I want to subscribe to apple music and get a roam but won’t until I get this sorted.

Regards

Bruce

So, have you tried, at least temporarily, wiring one of your two Sonos One SLs to your router with an Ethernet cable? Or tried changing your WiFi channel on your router? Some of which you describe might be simple wifi interference , depending on what the CS person said, they have access to data from your system we don’t., which makes guessing, given the lack of information provided, all that more challenging.

Thanks for the reply Airgetllam. I’ll try your suggestions to see if that cures the problem
