Why does the microphone not turn on on my speaker?
How are you trying to turn it on? With the app or pressing the button? Or you’ve tried both and neither works?
Also having this issue. The button on top of the One does nothing (the other buttons are responsive) and there is no response from the app to turn it on either.
Update: added the Sonos voice feature and the button works again, but Alexa is non-responsive. Will check the Alexa skill next
I ended up adding the Google voice to remove the others then added Alexa back in and now works fine. I wondered if related to changing my Amazon pwd but it had stopped working before I’d done that.
