I have a system with 2 Sonos Play:3 and 1 Ikea symfonisk and the last one drops the sound to 0 around every 10 minutes. I have tried so restart and reset all the settings but it still keep on doing it. What can I do about it?

Maybe contact Sonos support?
Generate a diagnostics report a few minutes after it happens, and they may be able to check what caused the volume drop.
