Hello I’ve just set up my arc Sonos and sound only goes to 100 but it doesn’t seem as loud as it was in Costco. How can I get the sound higher ?

+18Not to make fun of you, but have you heard of Spinal Tap?
You could try performing a Trueplay on the Arc. The sound of the speaker will be matched to your room. Maybe this will change the (perception) of volume.
Was Costco using a SUB during the demo? Were you standing very close to ARC during the demo?
