Sonos update not found

I have moved with my play 1 and can’t get it to work on my new WiFi if anyone has any suggestions. It was previously connected to my dad’s soundbar so I am currently using an Ethernet cable to connect to my new WiFi. It is bro by recognised on the app but the app says it needs updating but then can’t seem to connect to actually update. I’ve tried resetting but it won’t turn green just stays stuck on orange. Any help is appreciated.

If you’re putting the speaker into what is, to it, a new system you need to factory reset it first.
