Ok, deep breath. Been using S1, wanted to add a couple of Amps. One Amp connected fine, other one couldn’t as I was told it’s already updated for S2. So I made the decision to move to S2. 
 

Went through the settings to get the system ready for S2. Some old Play 5s and an old Connect weren’t compatible so agreed to have them removed. Once that was done I was sent to download S2 (iOS), opened it and clicked join existing system. Couldn’t find anything. Tried multiple times. No good. Clicked start new system and added the already updated Amp. All good. 
 

Thought I’d reset the S1 Amp. Flashing green light - tried to add to S2 but told it needs an updated and to join its own WiFi. Joined WiFi - update never ends and iPhone connects to house WiFi during. Tried multiple times, same result. 
 

S1 is now stuck. It’s removed my old speakers, left the S2 compatible ones. Tried to add the original Amp back in but S1 app keeps saying I need to update app and sends me to S2. 

I’m going round in circles and losing my mind! Someone please tell me what do to!
