sonos sub mini added to two sonos 5;s

i have two sonos 5;s i have them in a small mens cave / bat cave ive noticed that the sonos mini sub is on sale and am seriesly thinking about getting it...since its a small room will the mini sub alter the sonos 5s sound output perhaps becoming more treble and allowing the mini sub to take over that duty...and if anyone has bought the mini sub for the 5;s do they say press the go button...will be looking out for any feedback ...thanks in advance

Yes, the crossover will send bass to the sub instead of the Fives.  Here’s how to add a Mini Sub to a room:
