I have Ultra ARC and that is running well connect to our wifi system (Ruckus) however Sonos Sub 4 canoot connect (Sometime can connect but arround 10-15 second that is disconnected).

and i need to make sure, Sonos using dual stack(IPv4 and IPv6 on this devices) for connectivity? if yes  then its possible for them to allow only IPV4 on this Sonas Device?

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

I don't know your router so I'm no help there, maybe a call to Sonos support could get you working?

Not sure I understand. When you ‘bond’ the Sub to your Arc Ultra, it no longer directly connects to your WiFi, it connects to a ‘hidden’ 5Ghz WiFi signal generated by the Arc. It does get a proxy IP address from your router, but connects to the signal from the the Arc.

To my knowledge, Sonos does not yet support IP v6 directly, but as it is backwards compatible with IP v4, it normally isn’t an issue.
