There’s always the remote possibility that something got flipped in the software, you should check that the radio/Wi-Fi has not been turned off accidentally. Even more random, it’s possible that the radio was damaged in some way, you should probably submit a system diagnostic, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Resets usually make things worse, you may be back to setting up a new system rather than just updating the WiFi settings.

I’m not seeing error 1000 in the support search results.
