My Sonos One SL speaker will just shut off during the middle of me using it.  It’s done that for a couple months now and I’ve finally decided to ask here.  Has anyone had this issue?  Like it completely disconnects from the internet and I can longer find it in the app. 
I’ve shut it off and restarted, I’ve reconnected the internet, I’ve checked everything in the app.  

You failed to mention what product you are experiencing the problem with as it could be a failing power supply. Your best option is to run a diagnostic within 10 minutes of the next occurrence and record the reference ID in your next post. Afterwards call Sonos Tech support to discuss the findings.
