I have the Sonos S5. It is utterly useless as a speaker or streaming device. But, I still would like to use it and heard it can be daisy chained with a Sonos product that still has the ability to stream, etc.. What are the Sonos products that I can purchase which then could be use and enable my S5 to work? Thanks in advance.

Closest to an S5 would be a Play 5 (gen 1 or 2) or a Five.
All work to stream music, possibly you have an issue that can be solved?
+24What’s an “S5”? I’m not aware of any Sonos devices or controllers by that name.
S5 is the model number for the Play:5 Gen 1. This means the OP needs to use the S1 app, but after that everything is a guess.
