I am looking for a midrange speaker for my sonos play5 gen 1 speaker.

Is it possible to buy the speaker on sites?
thanks

No, unfortunately Sonos doesn’t sell ‘parts’.

If you are sure it is the speaker driver that has blown then your best bet is probably to hit the second hand market. You might be lucky and get one that is being sold for parts. Working models will cost more.

Where are you from. I have all the speakers.

The account info suggests they are in France.

Good evening, I'm coming back to you because I changed my midrange speaker but it still doesn't work!
could you give me a clue on which I can work to repair this problem?

What do your caps look like. Can you send a picture?

I swapped these caps. After that, all my speakers worked

Yes. Each cap has 2 legs

If it is certain that it is the capacitors which are the cause then I think I will try to find someone to change them for me!

I can't tell you exactly what caps are for the midrange. This is a work of a few minutes and material will cost you 2 euros

I completely understand that it doesn't cost much. It's just that I'm not experienced in soldering and I wouldn't want to make the problem worse.!😄
