Your best bet would be to call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I have this, nothing works.  I went through support and the best they could offer was 30% off a new one.  Why would I do that.  After a bit of research it turns out that two cheap Chinese capacitors causes a problem and blows a fuse internally.  Also the bridge rectifier needs replacing at the same time.  The cost of components is around $10-$20, but not easy to do if you don’t know electronics

You may find a third-party repairer that can do these things for you - perhaps check online for ones near to where you live. Otherwise I think the 30% discount is a fair offer for such an old product and the new ‘Five’ is a superior sounding speaker too.. even a new Era 100/300 would be a nice ‘discounted’ addition to any Home.

Check the discount wording, if it says "one item" you can usually use it on a set and get the discount on the set total price.
