Hello  can't configure one of My play 3 Say is already configured to another account, i already reset the play 3 but still don't work

Reset the Play 3, when it finishes unplug it.

Connect to your other Sonos and then plug in the Play 3.

Use the add speaker controller options to add it to your system.
