Sonos Play 1 Update

I have quite an old Sonos Play 1 that I wanted to add back into my system today. After a factory reset on the unit and adding to my system, it won't update so it's useless. The app gives no clues as to why it won't update, but I've done the usual restarted steps. No joy.

Can anyone help?
