Hi, I’ve been using Sonos for over 10 years with no problem, over the past 6 months I’ve been experiencing drop off from a pair of Sonos 1. In the room affected I have 3 Sonos 1 and a hard wired Sonos boost, to try and resolve issues ive reset both speakers back to factory, added a boost, upgraded my internet package to 500 meg had Sonos support dial in multiple times and checked all I.p addresses, no conflicts. Weirdly the other speaker in the room isn’t affected, does anyone have a clue?
This is literally last chance before I remove the system all together.
