I have tried resetting with fast forward/pause button and join button neither effect speaker. I am trying to move it into another room

What error message are you receiving?

When you add the Ones as surrounds, the Ones should not be stereo paired.

The Ones each need to be in a separate room in the app so the soundbar can locate and add them as surrounds.

You do not need to factory reset the speaker if you are just moving it to another room.

If you have already moved the speaker physically to the other location, just rename the Sonos “room” in the app.

I am trying to set it up as surround speaker stands but can't find it outside of original room name which is still there after relocating
