Whenever i turn my sonos one volume to max, it plays at maximum volume for a few seconds and then, automaticly adjusts its sound level to the equivalent of around 65% yet still displays 100%
Factory resetting did not solve my issue, and after hours of searching i couldnt find a solution.

Have you set any volume limit?
No, to my knowledge there is nothing that's limiting or affecting the sound level in any way
