Sonos One Trueplay not saving

I have tried multiple times to tune Trueplay on one of my Sonos Ones. I have 6 Sonos Ones and only one of them will not save. I go through the process and each time it says it completed successfully. I go back to the Trueplay menu and there is no Trueplay Tuning on/off switch or an option to Retune. The only option is Trueplay Tuning (again). All of my other 5 Sonos Ones Trueplay just fine. It’s this single speaker that will not. I’ve tried unplugging it and even relocating it. Nothing works. Please help.

Maybe try another iOS device if you do have one available, or if no joy with that, then it maybe best to reproduce the issue(s) seen and immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter. They may get you to factory reset the speaker, but perhaps see what they say.
