This might sound crazy but I’ve tested it many times.

I have a Sonos One in my bedroom and like to play “music for sleeping” or sounds like wind or rain when I sleep. When I get up during the night, the speaker stops playing and the white light flashes for a bit as the speaker must be restarting. Then I have to ask Alexa to play the music to restart. If I roll over in bed, same thing happens. It’s as if it has a camera and is watching me.  This started about a month or two ago.

I have a Sonos sound bar in my living room and I have never experienced this issue there. I have a puppy and have left him crated, with sleep music on, and it is still on when I return home.

I do not believe the speaker does this if I play normal music. It only seems to happen when I want sleep sounds. And always cuts out when I sit up in bed or roll over, unless I do it very slowly and quietly.

Have you checked the LED states FAQ?

I will now.

Try it with the mic off.
