I have a sonos one sl. I bought it 7 days ago and it stopped working. Could it be a recurring problem?

Recurring in what way?
It’s most likely a network issue, although there is the very remote possibility of a hardware issue. What did Sonos support say when you called them?

What does “stopped working” mean? Any messages from the app? Blinking LED’s on the speaker?
