Good Morning All,
I have a customer who has a sonos one speaker it will randomly “lose” a room in the sonos windows app,
- I will have to unplug the power cable and plug it back in then the app picks up the room
- the above only works for a short while eventually i will need to reset the speaker and re add it using the mobile app
Could this be something to do with some kind of conflict in windows 11?
