Sonos One buttons don't work any more

For 3 days now my sonos one (2. Gen) buttons (Volume Up/down, microphone) don't work any more. It's still connented to my network, so I can play Music via internet, but I cannot use any button.

I also disconnected and reconnected it to the power-supply several times. After that the Sonos white light flashes a couple of times...but after that all ist black (no lights in the box).

I had some network problems within the last days, but since yesterday the connection is fine. My other two Sonos one work fine, but the one in the kitchen has the problems mentioned above.

Does anybody have a clue what I can do?

Check the settings in the App and make sure you didn’t have the buttons disabled.

I checked It. Touch steering is activated. Other ideas?

I was going to try to look but it has been five plus minutes and my app hasn’t started yet.

Whoopie, at seven minutes it opened and I got to Settings.

Trying to open the speaker I got dumped with a “not responding” error.

Maybe someone else with a better functioning system has a suggestion.
