My Sonos One bricked! Its always powered on and ready to go.  I have sonos speakers wired in every room as well as sonos beam with a Sonos base speaker supporting living room and a Sonos soundbar mounted in my den.  To complete the “every room” experience, I bought the Sonos One a few years ago to add to my bedroom.  A couple days ago it just went to sleep.  No lights at all…. I tested the outlet and the cable both good.  I tried the reset methods to no avail.  Just a 4 pound paper weight.  Anything I'm missing to possibly revive it?

Does it show in your system? Can you add it to a playing speaker by pressing the button to group it? Have you submitted a diagnostics report and spoken to Sonos support?

Thanks for taking the time to reply… Unfortunately, I tried that as well and nothing.  There are no lights (power light) on the device at all.  It use to show in my system as “Floater”… once it bricked, it disappeared from my speaker list and I'm assuming because its not getting power my sonos system can't see it.  Even though the power cord tested good, I tried a second cable and still nothing.  I think at this point it's safe to say it shorted out some how😑  I will try contacting Sonos next.  Thanks again
