Sonos one will not power up. Tried different oulets

There isn’t much I suspect this community can do, other than suggest you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Have you tried factory resetting the speaker to see if it solves the issue?

It might be challenging to factory reset a device that won’t power up? Not to mention the complete loss of any settings, but that may be the least of the OP’s worries at this point.

Yes, I cannot do a reset because there is no power at all. Tried holding infinity looking button while plugging in, also ineffectual.  Unit is not even 2 years old, smh.

I have noticed on the Amp, Five and One that the controls and led indicator can go bad. The device will appear dead but is actually powered up.

if you are able to, plug the One into your router with a cable  to see if there is data flowing. If there is none, then you should contact Sonos support to see what your options are.
