Friend purchase this for me and I've tried on numerous occasions to set this up but it won't seem to let me. Reboot it several times but nothing. Gets to the point where the device is set up, asks me where it's located and then it checks for updates. I get a 1011 error and then it closes and my device doesn't show on the sonos app. Is this a known issue and how do I get around it? Tried to phone sonos and the wait time was 80. Yes, 80 minutes. I really want to complain about how terrible and unnecessarily complicated everything is but I'll save thay for another day. Really not impressed so far. Can someone please help?
