Please oh please can you get help from Sonos, every time I ring it says the wait time is 100 minutes. I try to chat online and always get no one is available to help. I feel so, so frustrated but hey ho I guess its 2024 and that is the help you get these days 😢

Check the number of posts here on the new App’s problems and you will see why suppoort is swamped.
