Sonos Five HiFi Set Sound Issue

Hello everyone. I have setup my 2 new Sonos Fives with Sub Mini and noticing that one of the speakers sounds like it plays in a mono mode, like if the tweeters were not on or something. I don't know how to better describe the issue... I have tweaked every possible setting that I could think of, but nothing worked. Currently, the music plays through a smart phone and is hooked up using line in connection.

 

Anyone has experienced this? Thanks.

Are the Fives paired in stereo? In which orientation?

Have you tried with other sources, just in case the phone/Line-In connection is somehow dodgy?
