When I press the bluetooth button on the top back of the Era 300 speakers, they do nothing, no sound, no blue light. My Era 300’s are already setup with WiFi and work fine, but I am trying to connect them to my bluetooth on my Iphone, and am having no luck. Any help is appreciated.

Are they setup as surrounds, a stereo pair or separate rooms.

If they are setup as surrounds, Bluetooth and line in are disabled.

Thank you Pools-3015. That helps. Can I still connect my Sonos home theater setup (2 - Era 300’s, Sonos Arc, and Sonos Amp) to bluetooth, if they are setup as a combined system?

The original Arc does not have  Bluetooth capabilities. Since the is the main speaker in the home theater, Bluetooth is not available. You can however Airplay to the Arc with a compatible phone.
