I have a Sonos era 300, I was using it via Bluetooth for the tv sound from the Apple TV, and it went off like it’d been disturbed, now all I get is a yellow flashing light, I’ve tried unplugging it for 30 second while holding the Bluetooth button, then plugged it back in, while holding the Bluetooth button, and still nothing but a yellow flashing light..

Have you checked the LED states FAQ? Or called Sonos Support to discuss it?
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
Yellow is not on the list, support should get a call. If you rezte the issue again and then send a diagnostic before the call it may help.
