I would like to change my Sonos Play:1 speakers with 2 Era 100 speakers.
1/ Will they still be compatible with my playbar?
2/ If I take them on vacation without a WiFi network, can I use them together in stereo and Bluetooth with my phone?

No, Eras are not Bluetooth-pairable without a network. They need a wifi network to operate.
