I work in an office with 30 people who all use Wi-Fi. We have 7 Sonos speakers set up throughout the office: 6 Era 300s and 1 Arc.
Very often, when we try to group the Sonos together, we get the message “unable to connect, try again later.” Only one speaker will connect and the others wont.
Is there a way to fix this issue?
All Sonos speakers must be on the same network and account. Meaning that individual users can’t have a personal account for a speaker and try to Group to speakers on a different account.

Is the WiFi network a Mesh system or a router and modem with access points?

Here are things you might check/verify/correct (if necessasry):
Make sure you’re connected to the right WiFi network
Go to the WiFi settings on your computer, phone, or tablet, and confirm it is connected to the same WiFi network as Sonos. Check that your device isn’t connected to a guest network as this can prevent your device from connecting to Sonos.
Turn off your VPN connection
If you use a VPN connection on your mobile device or computer, turn it off and check if your Sonos app reconnects to your system.

1 In WiFi mesh networks, Sonos products must be wired to the primary mesh node if using a wired setup.
2 If you need to extend your home WiFi to use Sonos in a wireless setup, we recommend using a WiFi mesh router to do so.
