Sometimes I get the Sonos chime instead of the Spotify playlist that I’ve scheduled with the alarm. How do I fix this? 

Figure out why your speakers are unable to reach the servers for the stream you defined in your alarm. That could be wifi interference , duplicate IP address issues, or even the server you’re trying to reach being overwhelmed by connection requests. I’d try moving the alarm time one way or the other by two or three minutes, just as a test.
