Sonos App and connection with IOS

I have an existing Sonos Ray sound bar.  Trying to hook up on a different net work.

Have hard re-set, re-booted, hard wired, and wifi the speak numerous times.  Down loaded the app over 2 dozen times and the app continually gets hung up on Software update.  It states to go to Sonos.com to complete set up.  Followed instructions to go to settings then to “Manage”. But there is no area, tab, link etc to manage the system.

Has anyone run into this problem
